The Island is part of the project The Nights of
	Chiyoda, which consists of three different audio
	walks. The script of The Island was created by
	artist Ting-Ting Cheng based on interviews of
	Taiwanese Japanese soldiers who fought in
	WWII. The story is set in Yasukuni Shrine. The
	designed starting point is in front of the main
	entrance of Yasukuni Shrine. It was made for
	the audience to listen to while walking around
	the shrine.

	オーディオウォークプロジェクト『千代田の
	夜』三部作のひとつである、『アイランド』
	は、第二次世界大戦において、日本兵として
	戦った台湾人のインタビューを参照し、靖国
	神社を舞台として作家が創作した物語です。
	当社設定されたスタート地点は靖国神社の正
	門前で、神社周辺を歩きながら、戦没者の語
	りかける物語を聴くオーディオ作品として制
	作されました。
